交流伺服電機(jī)也是無(wú)刷電機(jī),分為同步和異步電機(jī),目前運(yùn)動(dòng)控制中一般都用同步電機(jī),它的功率范圍大,可以做到很大的功率。大慣量,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)速度低,且隨著功率增大而快速降低。因而適合做低速平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行的應(yīng)用。
使用電機(jī)時(shí)要注意的問(wèn)題?
答:上電運(yùn)行前要作如下檢查:
1) 電源電壓是否合適(過(guò)壓很可能造成驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊的損壞);對(duì)于直流輸入的 +/- 極性一定不能接錯(cuò),驅(qū)動(dòng)控制器上的電機(jī)型號(hào)或電流設(shè)定值是否合適(開(kāi)始時(shí)不要太大);
2) 控制信號(hào)線接牢靠,工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)要考慮屏蔽問(wèn)題(如采用雙絞線);

行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)PID功能生效時(shí),可通過(guò)參數(shù)H1―01~H1―10的設(shè)定定義如下DI信號(hào)。
19:PID取消,ON時(shí)取消PID調(diào)節(jié)功能;
30:積分復(fù)位,ON將行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)PID調(diào)節(jié)器的移玢調(diào)節(jié)器輸出置“0";
31:PID積分保持,ON將行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)PID調(diào)節(jié)器的積分調(diào)節(jié)器輸入置“0",調(diào)節(jié)器輸出保持不變;
34:PID軟啟動(dòng)生效,ON時(shí)增加行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)PID加減速環(huán)節(jié).參數(shù)b5―17設(shè)定的加減速時(shí)間有效;
35:PD調(diào)節(jié)器極性變換,ON時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)換HD輸出極性。
輸出處理:PID行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)調(diào)節(jié)器的輸出經(jīng)過(guò)幅值限制濾波極性變換等處理后,可通過(guò)參數(shù)b5-07、b5-10進(jìn)行偏移與增益調(diào)整調(diào)整后的輸出可以在行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)變頻器操作單元上顯示。
如果參數(shù)b5-01=0.或PID撒銷(xiāo)可信號(hào)(功能代號(hào)19)ON,或jOG操作被選擇,PID調(diào)節(jié)功能將無(wú)效,頻率給定輸入直接成為速度給定輸出。
PID調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)還可通過(guò)參數(shù)b5-15的設(shè)定,使用低頻中斷功能。
PID調(diào)節(jié)是一種閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),如反饋斷開(kāi),輸出頻率將迅速到達(dá)值,為防止出現(xiàn)故障,PID調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)原則上都需要使用反饋斷開(kāi)檢測(cè)功能。
反饋斷開(kāi)檢測(cè)可通過(guò)檢測(cè)值(參數(shù)b5-13)與檢測(cè)延時(shí)(參數(shù)b5-14)的設(shè)定生效,如果在檢測(cè)延時(shí)的范圍之內(nèi),反饋輸人始終小于檢測(cè)值,便認(rèn)為反饋已經(jīng)斷開(kāi)。 行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)變頻器在反饋斷開(kāi)時(shí)可采用以下兩種方法處理:1)b5-12=1:在操作單元或DO信號(hào)上輸出警示信息FbL,行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)變頻器繼續(xù)運(yùn)行。b5-12=2:在操作單元或DO信號(hào)上輸出報(bào)警信號(hào)FbL、行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)變頻器停止運(yùn)行。
PID調(diào)節(jié)常用于流量、壓力、溫度等輸出量相對(duì)緩慢變化的控制場(chǎng)合,為了避免電機(jī)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)行丁低頻狀態(tài),行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)變頻器可通過(guò)PID調(diào)節(jié)中斷功能(稱SLEEP功能),停止行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)變頻器運(yùn)行,直到誤差積累到PID調(diào)節(jié)器輸出超過(guò)參數(shù)b5-15設(shè)定后,再次啟動(dòng)行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)變頻器。
為避免行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)變頻器的頻繁中斷,中斷檢測(cè)需要利用參數(shù)b5一16設(shè)定的檢測(cè)延時(shí),PID中斷生效時(shí),可通過(guò)DO信號(hào)(功能代號(hào)70或170)輸出狀態(tài)信號(hào)。
