三看粒子度。取一透明的玻璃杯,盛入半杯清水,然后,取少許多彩涂料,放入玻璃杯的水?dāng)噭?dòng)。凡質(zhì)量好的多彩涂料,杯中的水仍清晰見底,粒子在清水中相對(duì)獨(dú)立,沒粘合在一的陰陽離子,粒子的大小很均勻;而質(zhì)量差的多彩涂料,杯中的水會(huì)立即變得混濁不清,且顆粒大小呈有分化,少部分的大粒子猶如面疙瘩,大部分的則是絨毛狀的細(xì)小粒子四看銷售價(jià)。質(zhì)量好的多彩質(zhì)感涂料,均由正規(guī)生產(chǎn)廠家按配方生產(chǎn),價(jià)格適中;而質(zhì)量差的多料,有的在生產(chǎn)中偷工減料,有的甚至是個(gè)人仿冒生產(chǎn),成本低,銷售價(jià)格比質(zhì)量好的多涂料大便宜得多。

上述麻點(diǎn)直觀可見,而模具表面的有些薄層粘附物,經(jīng)分析主要為鍍前污染砂質(zhì)中的碳類化合物。它牢固,粘附力強(qiáng)逐漸會(huì)變成耐酸堿、抗振動(dòng)的高粘度膠狀物。在除油、清洗時(shí)不易去除,一旦疏忽,流入電鍍工序,必然被鍍層覆蓋,肉眼不易發(fā)現(xiàn),也無法彌補(bǔ)。2鍍層粗糙原因分析:鍍液基本組成是硫酸鎳、檸檬酸鈉、鎢酸鈉等,還有鹽類、有機(jī)配合物等。試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn):模具電鍍的缺陷主要與鍍液中的雜質(zhì)含量有關(guān)?;瘜W(xué)藥品的純度不高,鍍液中的異物,鍍液的頻繁使用,使鍍液中金屬雜質(zhì)Cu、FCr、Co含量超出了允許范圍等,均可導(dǎo)致鍍層粗糙、麻點(diǎn)增加及白色顆粒。

對(duì)于步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)器老化測試的方式
電子元器件在出廠前都需要進(jìn)行老化測試。老化就是藉由讓半導(dǎo)體進(jìn)行超負(fù)荷工作而使缺陷在短時(shí)間內(nèi)出現(xiàn),避免在使用早期發(fā)生故障。如果不藉由老化,很多半導(dǎo)體成品由于器件和制造制程復(fù)雜性等原因在使用中會(huì)產(chǎn)生很多問題。 對(duì)于步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)器老化測試主要有這幾種方式:
1、驅(qū)動(dòng)器性能測試:主要集中在驅(qū)動(dòng)器效率、諧波分析、三相不平衡度分析、干擾分析等測試項(xiàng)目;
2、驅(qū)動(dòng)器響應(yīng)測試:主要是通過電機(jī)測試臺(tái)架,給電機(jī)施加不同的負(fù)載,觀察負(fù)載變化時(shí)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)器能否根據(jù)算法快速地調(diào)節(jié)電機(jī)的工作狀態(tài),評(píng)估驅(qū)動(dòng)器的響應(yīng)性能。
3、驅(qū)動(dòng)器老化測試:主要測試驅(qū)動(dòng)器抗老化能力。
