為了解決漏油問題,技術(shù)人員想出了多種辦法,但都沒有得到理想的效果。多次的改進(jìn)、試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)了造成漏油的主要原因:是送風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)葉輪側(cè)軸承座與葉輪間為正壓區(qū),風(fēng)會(huì)從機(jī)殼與軸套外部的縫隙吹入軸承室將潤滑油帶出;二是送風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪側(cè)軸承座與葉輪間的軸套存在設(shè)計(jì)缺陷,長期運(yùn)行會(huì)出現(xiàn)松動(dòng)的現(xiàn)象,軸套與軸發(fā)生碰撞和摩擦造成間隙配合過大,此時(shí)風(fēng)從此間隙進(jìn)入軸承室將潤滑油帶出,加大加快了泄漏量。找到泄漏源頭之后,采用軸承套內(nèi)部注膠外部加導(dǎo)流圈的工藝,解決了漏油問題。
