活性炭吸附塔是一種率經(jīng)濟實用型有機廢氣的凈化與治理裝置,是一種廢氣過濾吸附異味的環(huán)保設(shè)備產(chǎn)品。是一種廣泛應(yīng)用于有機尾氣處理的工藝,如苯、醇、醚等揮發(fā)性氣體。

原理說明:
由于固體表面上存在著未平衡和未飽和的分子引力或化學鍵力,因此當此固體表面與氣體時,就能吸引氣體分子,使其濃聚并保持在固體表面,此現(xiàn)象稱為吸附。利用固體表面的吸附能力,使廢氣與大表面的多孔性固體相,廢氣中的污染物被吸附在固體表面上,使其與氣體混合物分離,達到凈化目的。廢氣經(jīng)空氣過濾器除去微小懸浮顆粒后,進入吸附塔內(nèi)部,經(jīng)過活性碳吸附后,除去有害成分,符合排放的凈化氣體,經(jīng)風機室外。

光氧廢氣凈化器
光氧廢氣凈化器的產(chǎn)品特點:
1、除惡臭:能去除揮發(fā)性有機物(VOC)、無機物、、氨氣、硫醇類等主要污染物,以及各種惡臭味,脫臭效率高可達99%以上,脫臭效果大大超過1993年頒布的惡臭污染物排放(GB14554-93).
2、無需添加任何:只需要設(shè)置相應(yīng)的排風管道和排風動力,使惡臭氣體通過本設(shè)備進行脫臭分解凈化,無需添加任何參與化學反應(yīng)。
3、適應(yīng)性強:可適應(yīng)高濃度,大氣量,不同惡臭氣體的脫臭凈化處理,可每天24小時連續(xù)工作,運行可靠。

光氧廢氣凈化器利用高能高臭氧UV紫外線光束分解空氣中的氧分子產(chǎn)生游離氧,即活性氧,因游離氧所攜正負電子不平衡所以需與氧分子結(jié)合,進而產(chǎn)生臭氧。
光氧廢氣凈化器的工作原理:
有足夠的能量來產(chǎn)生基,引發(fā)一系列復雜的物理、化學反應(yīng)。由臭氧發(fā)生器作用引起的氣體有機物化學反應(yīng)是在氣相中進行的電離、離解、激發(fā)、原子,分子間的相互結(jié)合及加成反應(yīng)。這個能量足以使大多數(shù)氣態(tài)有機物中的化學鍵發(fā)生斷裂,從而使其降解。
從凈化空氣效率考慮,我們選擇了-C波段紫外線和臭氧發(fā)生器結(jié)合電暈電流較高化裝置采用脈沖電暈放吸附技術(shù)相結(jié)合的原理對有害氣體進行,其中-C波段紫外線主要用來去除、氨、苯、甲苯、、甲醛、、尿烷、樹脂、等氣體及。
