一、 適用范圍及性能特點(diǎn)
DG65型多功能粉碎機(jī)系列是我廠定型產(chǎn)品，它是粉碎各種木屑、秸稈、雜草、玉米、大豆及PVC發(fā)泡板最理想的設(shè)備，該系列結(jié)構(gòu)合理，堅(jiān)固耐用、安全可靠、操作方便、振動(dòng)微小、效率高。主要適用于飼料廠、養(yǎng)殖廠、有機(jī)肥廠、中草藥、化工等，深受廣大客戶歡迎。
二、工作過(guò)程
需粉碎的物料通過(guò)上機(jī)殼進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入粉碎室，在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的錘片打擊和篩板摩擦作用下物料逐漸被粉碎，并在離心力和氣流作用下穿過(guò)篩孔從底座出料口排出。

1. Application Scope and Feature：
“Shuanghe" brand DG series multi functional hammer mill is the styling products of our factory, it is the ideal equipment for crushing all kinds of straw, grass, corn, soybeans, and PVC foam board. Reasonable in structure, sturdy and durable, safe and reliable, convenient in operation, and of small vibration, and high efficiency,, this series of machine is widely applied in feed factories, farms, organic fertilizer plants, Chinese herbal medicine, chemical industry, etc.
2. Working Process：
Through feeding inlet on the shell, the material to be crushed enters into the crushing chamber, then it is crushed gradually under the crushing of the rapidly rotating hammer and the friction of the sieve plate,then from the discharge port on the base machine,the material would be released through the sieve hole under the function of the centrifugal force and air flow.
