1.變頻器的調(diào)速原理
交流異步電動機的轉(zhuǎn)速計算公式為:
n=60f(1-s)/p
由公式知,改變電源的頻率時,因同步轉(zhuǎn)速n與頻率f成正比變化,故異步電動機的轉(zhuǎn)速n也隨之改變。可見變頻器調(diào)速是利用電動機的同步轉(zhuǎn)速隨頻率變化的特性,通過改變電動機的供電頻率進(jìn)行調(diào)速的。
2.變頻器的調(diào)速方法
變頻器是用靜止變頻裝置(晶閘管)構(gòu)成變頻電源對異步電動機進(jìn)行調(diào)速,它采用間接變換方式(交一直一交變頻)把交流電通過整流器變成直流電,再用逆變器將直流電變?yōu)轭l率可調(diào)整的交流電供給異步電動機。如下圖:

3.變頻器的優(yōu)點
3.1節(jié)約能源[舉例:在泵、鼓風(fēng)機和引風(fēng)機的使用中,由公式n=60f(1-s)/p知轉(zhuǎn)速與電源頻率成正比,即改變電源頻率就可以改變電動機的轉(zhuǎn)速。理論上,流量(風(fēng)量)與轉(zhuǎn)速的一次方成正比,水壓(或風(fēng)壓)與轉(zhuǎn)速的平方成正比,所以軸功率與轉(zhuǎn)速的三次方成正比??梢?,與調(diào)節(jié)閥門相比,調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)速具有十分明顯的節(jié)能效果。
3.2減少啟動時對電網(wǎng)的沖擊(無變頻器啟動時啟動電流是電動機額定電流的5~7倍)。
3.3減低噪聲,實現(xiàn)電動機的軟啟動和自由停車。
3.4運行方便、準(zhǔn)確,減少了員工的勞動強度。
3.6在泵的使用上消除了泵的喘振現(xiàn)象,使泵處于至佳運行工況狀態(tài)。
