山東豪沃橡塑超高分子量聚乙烯軸套
軸套是為了減少周運(yùn)動(dòng)是的摩擦與磨損而設(shè)計(jì)出來的,基本用途與軸承無異,而且相對(duì)成本較便宜。軸套多被放置與軸與承托結(jié)構(gòu)中,而且非常緊貼承托結(jié)構(gòu),只有軸能在軸承上轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。在裝配軸與軸套時(shí),兩者間會(huì)加入潤(rùn)滑劑以減少其轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)產(chǎn)生的摩擦力。
(1)高耐磨性:在諸多管道材料中,超高分子量聚乙烯管道的摩擦系數(shù)最小,加之超高分子量聚乙烯管道的分子鏈特別長(zhǎng),使超高分子量聚乙烯管道的耐磨性在輸送各種漿體時(shí)比鋼管、不銹鋼高4—7倍,是PE100的3倍,比普通聚乙烯管道高10倍左右,大幅度提高了管道的使用壽命。
(2)超強(qiáng)的抗拉強(qiáng)度:超高分子量聚乙烯管道的抗拉強(qiáng)度是PE80管道的2.5倍,同時(shí)它的抗環(huán)境應(yīng)力開裂能力是PE100的30倍以上。
(3)高流動(dòng)性:超高分子量聚乙烯管道具有自潤(rùn)滑、抗粘附、不結(jié)垢,磨擦系數(shù)低及不粘著性,因此流動(dòng)阻力小,可長(zhǎng)期保持流速和流量不減。
(4)高抗沖擊性:超高分子量聚乙烯管道的抗沖擊性和吸收沖擊能居塑料之首,無論是外力強(qiáng)沖擊還是內(nèi)部壓力波動(dòng)都難以使其開裂,其沖擊強(qiáng)度為尼龍66的10倍,聚氯乙烯的20倍,普通聚乙烯的4倍。特別是在低溫的環(huán)境,其抗沖擊強(qiáng)度反而達(dá)到更高值。
(5)抗腐蝕性:超高分子量聚乙烯管道是一種飽和分子團(tuán)結(jié)構(gòu),故其化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性極高,在一定溫度和濃度范圍內(nèi)能耐各種腐蝕性介質(zhì)(酸、堿、鹽)及有機(jī)溶劑的侵蝕。
(6)超高分子量聚乙烯管道具有優(yōu)良的耐低溫性,在液氦溫度(-269℃)下仍具延展性;

(1) High wear resistance: among many pipeline materials, the friction coefficient of UHMWPE pipeline is the smallest. In addition, the molecular chain of UHMWPE pipeline is particularly long, which makes the wear resistance of UHMWPE pipeline 4-7 times higher than that of steel pipe and stainless steel, 3 times that of PE100, and about 10 times higher than that of ordinary polyethylene pipeline, greatly improving the service life of the pipeline.
(2) Super tensile strength: the tensile strength of UHMWPE pipe is 2.5 times that of PE80 pipe, and its resistance to environmental stress cracking is more than 30 times that of PE100.
(3) High fluidity: UHMWPE pipes have self lubrication, anti adhesion, no scaling, low friction coefficient and non adhesion, so the flow resistance is small, and the flow rate and flow rate can be maintained for a long time.
(4) High impact resistance: the impact resistance and impact absorption energy of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes rank first among plastics. It is difficult to crack whether it is impacted by strong external forces or internal pressure fluctuations. Its impact strength is 10 times that of nylon 66, 20 times that of PVC, and 4 times that of ordinary polyethylene. Especially in the low temperature environment, its impact strength reaches a higher value.
(5) Corrosion resistance: UHMWPE pipe is a saturated molecular group structure, so its chemical stability is very high, and it can resist the corrosion of various corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range.
(6) UHMWPE pipes have excellent low temperature resistance and ductility at liquid helium temperature (-269 ℃);
(7) It is hygienic, non-toxic, and can contact food and drugs.
