一級保養(yǎng)工作是在例行保養(yǎng)得基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的,重點(diǎn)工作內(nèi)容是潤滑、緊固并檢查各有關(guān)部位及其清潔工作.二級保養(yǎng)工作以檢查、調(diào)整為重點(diǎn)。具體要檢查發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、離合器、變速器、傳動(dòng)構(gòu)件、轉(zhuǎn)向和制動(dòng)構(gòu)件。三級保養(yǎng)重點(diǎn)是檢測、調(diào)整、排除故障隱患及平衡各部件的磨損程度。要對影響設(shè)備使用性能的部位及有故障征兆的部位進(jìn)行診斷檢測和狀態(tài)性檢查,進(jìn)而完成必要的更換、調(diào)整及故障排除等工作。換季保養(yǎng)是指包設(shè)備每年入夏和入冬前應(yīng)重點(diǎn)對燃潤系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)和啟動(dòng)系統(tǒng)等構(gòu)件的檢測和修復(fù)。

一般說來,按照人們習(xí)慣上的概念,數(shù)值越大,硬度越高。因此采用一個(gè)常數(shù)c減去h來表示硬度的高低。并用每.2㎜的壓痕深度為一個(gè)硬度單位。由此獲得的硬度值稱為洛氏硬度值,用符號HR表示。式中,c為常數(shù)(對于HRHRA,c取.2;對于HRB,c取.26)。由此獲得的洛氏硬度值HR為一無名數(shù),試驗(yàn)時(shí)一般由試驗(yàn)機(jī)指示器上直接讀出。常用洛氏硬度標(biāo)尺及適用范圍上述洛氏硬度的三種標(biāo)尺中,以HRC應(yīng)用多,一般經(jīng)淬火處理的鋼或工具都采用HRC測量。
