Raw material preparation:
POE or EVA granular raw materials undergo strict screening and quality inspection to ensure their purity and perbance meet production requirements. At the same time, various additives such as plasticizers, stabilizers, and flame retardants may be added to improve the perbance of the sheets.
Extrusion process:
The raw materials are sent to the hopper of the extruder and gradually melt and mix evenly through the rotation and heating of the screw. Parameters such as temperature, pressure, and screw speed in the extruder need to be precisely controlled to ensure the plasticizing effect and extrusion stability of the materials.
Mold bing:
The molten materials are extruded through a mold of a specific shape to b the required sheet shape and size. The design and manufacturing accuracy of the mold have an important influence on the quality and dimensional accuracy of the sheets.
Cooling and setting:
The extruded sheets pass through the cooling device and are rapidly cooled and solidified to maintain their shape and size. Common cooling bs include water cooling or air cooling.
Trb and stretching:
Through the trb device, the sheets are pulled out at a certain speed, and appropriate stretching can be carried out at the same time to improve the mechanical properties and dimensional stability of the sheets.
Cutting and winding:
According to the product requirements, the sheets are cut into a certain length and wound by the winding device for subsequent processing and use.
Throughout the process, the beters of each b need to be monitored and adjusted in real time to ensure that the produced POE interior sheets and EVA interior sound insulation sheets have good quality, perbance, and appearance. At the same time, attention should also be paid to safety and environmental protection requirements during the production process.
