用CVD金剛石涂層刀具切削SiCp/Al,測(cè)量了不同切削條件下的切削溫度,得出切削速度是影響切削溫度的主要因素,并用ANSYS進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證,和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果取得了較好的一致性。邊衛(wèi)亮等[31]在綜合考慮銑削速度、每齒進(jìn)給量、徑向切寬和增強(qiáng)相體分比等因素的基礎(chǔ)上建立了PCD刀具高速銑削SiCp/29Al復(fù)合材料切削力預(yù)測(cè)模型,該模型對(duì)銑削力的預(yù)測(cè)精度較高。盧接馳等[32]采用嵌埋人工熱電偶的方法對(duì)SiCp/Al復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行車削試驗(yàn),研究了各切削參數(shù)對(duì)前、后刀面的影響,對(duì)比了4種冷卻條件(干式切削、壓縮空氣風(fēng)冷、油液澆注和MQL)下的切削溫度。條件下刀具溫度由高到低依次為:干切、風(fēng)冷、油冷、MQL,干切條件下前刀面溫度低于后刀面。葛英飛等[33-34]采用PCD刀具高速銑SiCp/29Al復(fù)合材料開(kāi)展了切削力和切削溫度的研究,刀具磨損初期時(shí)的動(dòng)態(tài)銑削力,徑向力Fy的峰值已經(jīng)超過(guò)13N,切削振動(dòng)較劇烈。研究表明,切削力隨著切削速度的增加而減小,切削力隨著進(jìn)給速度的增大或切深的減小而增大;高的增強(qiáng)相體分比和小的增強(qiáng)相尺寸具有較大的切削力;T6熱處理可顯著增加切削力;使用切削液可大大減小切削力。

運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)境的檢查。
⑴PLC運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)境溫度在0~60℃。溫度過(guò)高將使得PLC內(nèi)部元件功能惡化和毛病添加,尤其是CPU會(huì)因“電子搬遷”表象的加快而下降PLC的壽數(shù)。溫度偏低,模仿回路的安全系數(shù)也會(huì)變小,超低溫時(shí)能夠致使操控體系動(dòng)作不正常。處置的方法是在操控柜裝置適宜的軸流電扇或許加裝空調(diào),并留意常常檢查。
⑵環(huán)境相對(duì)濕度在5%~95%之間。在濕度較大的環(huán)境中,水分簡(jiǎn)單通過(guò)模塊上的IC的金屬表面的缺點(diǎn)侵入內(nèi)部,致使內(nèi)部元件功能的惡化,使內(nèi)部絕緣功能下降,會(huì)因高壓或浪涌電壓而致使短路;在極端枯燥的環(huán)境下,MOS集成電路會(huì)因靜電而致使擊穿。
⑶定時(shí)吹掃內(nèi)部塵埃,以確保風(fēng)道的疏通和元件的絕緣。
⑷檢查PLC的裝置狀態(tài)。各PLC單元固定是不是結(jié)實(shí),各種I/O模塊端子是不是松動(dòng),PLC通訊電纜的子母連接器是不是刺進(jìn)并旋緊,外部連接線有無(wú)損害。
⑸檢查PLC的程序存儲(chǔ)器的電池是不是需求替換。
