聚氯乙烯（PVC）糊樹脂顧名思義是此種樹脂主要以制成糊狀形式來應(yīng)用，人們常用此種糊稱作增塑糊，是未加工狀態(tài)下的聚氯乙烯塑料的一種獨特液體形式。糊樹脂常由乳液和微懸浮法制得。
聚氯乙烯糊樹脂因粒度微細(xì)，其質(zhì)地像滑石粉，具有不流動性。聚氯乙烯糊樹脂同增塑劑混合后經(jīng)攪拌形成穩(wěn)定的懸浮液，即制成PVC糊料，或稱作PVC增塑糊、PVC溶膠，而且人們正是以這種形式用來加工成終制品。在制糊過程中，根據(jù)不同的制品需要，添加各種填料、稀釋劑、熱穩(wěn)定劑、發(fā)泡劑及光穩(wěn)定劑等。

The polyvinyl chloride is an amorphous polymer with a small shrinkage. Powder should be preheated before processing to remove water, enhance plasticizing effect, prevent bubbles. And PVC easy to decompose, especially in high temperature and steel, copper contact easier to decompose (decomb temperature 200 degrees) . Molding temperature range is small, must strictly control the material temperature. Use of screw injection machine and through the nozzle, the aperture should be large, in order to prevent dead-end material. Mold pouring system should be large, gate section should be large, mold should be cooled, mold temperature 30-60 degrees, material temperature 160-190. Under the glass transition temperature (TG, 80 °C) , the polyvinyl chloride is in the glass state; at the TG → viscous flow temperature (TF, about 160 °C) , it is highly elastic and rubbery, and has plasticity; at the TF → thermal decomb temperature (Td) , it is viscous flow state, the higher the temperature, the easier the flow is. When the temperature exceeds TD, a large amount of HCL is decomposed out of PVC, and the material loses its chemical stability and physical properties. Therefore, Td is the upper limit of processing temperature. Due to the large intermolecular force of polyethylene, TF is very high, even close to the decomb temperature, so plasticizers need to be added to reduce TF. On the other hand also need to add stabilizers, so as to improve the TD of PVC, in order to process molding. Vinyl chloride polymer. PVC.
