近年來,市場上有一種名為“兔毛絨”的紗,其實(shí)際上是PBT包芯紗,該產(chǎn)品市場需求逐年上升,噸紗凈利潤可觀。PBT包芯紗用棉紡設(shè)備生產(chǎn),生產(chǎn)工藝和原料的選用簡單。芯絲采用PBT滌綸低彈絲,外包纖維選用粘膠短纖、錦綸短纖和外觀似兔毛的錦綸短纖。用該紗線在橫機(jī)上制成的羊毛衫具有柔軟、吸濕、蓬松、滑爽、手感好、染色牢度好等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),但該紗線易起球、對染色要求高,在紡紗生產(chǎn)過程中應(yīng)加以控制。本文的產(chǎn)品方案以錦綸短纖、粘膠短纖、仿兔毛短纖為外包纖維,以PBT(z/s兩種捻向)為芯絲,生產(chǎn)PBT21.0 tex包芯雙股線。
原料選用
PBT是一種新型聚酯纖維,通常以PTA與BDO直接酯化,然后進(jìn)行縮聚反應(yīng),再經(jīng)熔融紡絲制成。PBT纖維具有良好的耐久性、尺寸穩(wěn)定性和彈性,且彈性不受濕度影響。PBT纖維及其制品手感柔軟,吸濕性、耐磨性、纖維卷曲性、拉伸彈性、彈性回復(fù)性等性能好,且均優(yōu)于滌綸。PBT纖維染色性能好,耐氯、耐堿、耐酸、耐光、耐熱、耐化學(xué)試劑。
芯絲采用PBT 55.6 dtex滌綸低彈絲,外包纖維選用1.67 dtex×38 mm粘膠短纖、1.67 dtex×38 mlTl錦綸短纖和仿兔毛的8.89 dtexX 38 mm錦綸短纖。
2 PBT包芯紗關(guān)鍵技術(shù)
為了保證紗線具有良好的染色性能,防止出現(xiàn)“陰陽色”,PBT纖維上機(jī)前必須進(jìn)行“染色均勻性”測試,測試設(shè)備、測試條件、測試方法、測試步驟應(yīng)該符合相關(guān)規(guī)定。只有PBT長絲通過織襪、染色、判色合格后才能上機(jī)使用。
為了保證“兔毛絨”紗具有獨(dú)特的柔軟蓬松和緊密絲爽效果,分別選用PBT纖維Z捻和S捻長絲,以兩種捻向的長絲分別生產(chǎn)Z捻/S捻PBT包芯紗,然后1:1比例并紗,再經(jīng)捻線工序合股。具體工藝流程如下。
外包纖維準(zhǔn)備工藝流程:(錦綸短纖+仿兔毛短纖+粘膠短纖)一BC262型和毛機(jī)—’.(給濕/an油抗靜電劑)一(退倉)一TSFUl50型打包機(jī)一(棉包)。紡紗工藝流程:BO—A型抓棉機(jī)一BR—COU型凝棉器一MXU型混棉機(jī)一F肛T型喂棉機(jī)一TO—TI型開棉機(jī)一TC5—1S型梳棉機(jī)一FA320A型并條機(jī)(兩道)一FA421型粗紗機(jī)一FA506型細(xì)紗機(jī)一ORION型絡(luò)筒機(jī)一(包裝供倍捻)。并線工藝流程:(Z捻PBT包芯紗+S捻PBT包芯紗)一SIW型并紗機(jī)一SIM型倍捻機(jī)一(包裝入庫)。3 工藝要求
3.1外包纖維準(zhǔn)備
外包纖維混紡比例(干重)為粘膠短纖70%,錦綸短纖20%,仿兔毛錦綸短纖10%。兩種錦綸短纖混紡比例之和大于30%時(shí),人工混棉前必須對兩種纖維進(jìn)行抗靜電處理,否則難以保證清梳聯(lián)、并條等工序正常生產(chǎn)。
原料進(jìn)和毛機(jī)前采用人工混和,混和原料“單位稱重重量”與混棉場所面積有關(guān),混棉占地面積越大,“單位稱重重量”越大,有利于提高混棉效果。原料從下而上鋪層順序依次為粘膠、錦綸、粘膠、粘膠、仿兔毛、粘膠、粘膠、錦綸、粘膠,總混和纖維重量以和毛倉容積為計(jì)算依據(jù),撕扯“纖維塊”偏小掌握,最好控制在100 g以內(nèi)。采用“橫鋪直取”的原則以提高混和效果;同時(shí)保證加油泵、加油嘴、進(jìn)棉風(fēng)斗運(yùn)行正常,給濕、加抗靜電劑要均勻;臥式打包機(jī)成包重量差異不能過大,最好控制在每包100 kg;堆倉時(shí)間冬季不少于2天,其他季度不少于1天,具體時(shí)間根據(jù)生產(chǎn)情況靈活變動(dòng)。
3.2 紡紗過程
清棉工序采取“勤抓細(xì)抓,多梳,少打”的原則,排包一定要均勻,高包“削高嵌縫”,矮包“松包抬高”,確保混棉效果。開棉機(jī)梳理隔距適當(dāng)收緊,落棉隔距適當(dāng)放大,減少束絲,降低落棉。梳棉工序采取“輕定量,緊隔距,強(qiáng)分梳,利轉(zhuǎn)移,適當(dāng)降低出條速度”的原則,合理控制原料回潮,車間濕度偏高掌握,以65%為宜,盡量少產(chǎn)生靜電現(xiàn)象,適當(dāng)增加蓋板速度,多落蓋板花,多排除束絲[2]。
并條工序采取“緊隔距,重加壓,輕定量,慢速度,大并合數(shù)”的原則,使用專用化纖膠輥,出條速度不超過320 m/rain,也可采用三道并條,以提高混棉效果。粗紗工序采取“大隔距,重加壓,小張力”的原則,由于化學(xué)纖維長度長、整齊度好、摩擦因數(shù)大、回彈性好、易產(chǎn)生靜電、對溫濕度敏感,總牽伸不宜超過7.0倍。
細(xì)紗工序采取“重加壓,大后區(qū)隔距,小后區(qū)牽伸倍數(shù),小浮游區(qū)長度,小膠輥鉗口”的原則,需要加裝“長絲包芯紗”裝置。由于PBT芯紗采用Z捻和S捻兩種,其產(chǎn)量相等,為防止造成浪費(fèi),生產(chǎn)中將PBT“Z向”和“S向”兩種規(guī)格長絲分別安排在同臺細(xì)紗機(jī)兩側(cè),確保其產(chǎn)量相等,細(xì)紗兩側(cè)紗管采用兩種顏色,防止錯(cuò)紗。
3.3 并線
芯絲為“Z向”PBT包芯紗和為“S向”PBT包芯紗在并紗工序要分開使用,可通過筒紗小頭顏色進(jìn)行區(qū)分,“Z向”和“S向”混用將影響羊毛衫風(fēng)格。
4主要工藝參數(shù)
梳棉工序生條干定量16.8 g/5 In,刺輥轉(zhuǎn)速980 r/min,錫林轉(zhuǎn)速420 r/min,蓋板速度180 mm/min,錫林~蓋板隔距0.20 mm、0.20 mlTt、O.20 mm、0.20 mm、0.20 mm,出條速度小于130 m/min。并條工序采用兩道并合,并合數(shù)均為8根,出條速度均小于320 m/min;頭并干定量16.1 g/5 m,總牽伸8.35倍,羅拉隔距9 mm×9 mm×14 mm;二并干定量15.8 g/5 m,總牽伸8.15倍,羅拉隔距10 mm×10 mm X15 mm。粗紗干定量5.1 g/lo m,捻系數(shù)69,后區(qū)牽伸1.26倍,總牽伸6.20倍,前羅拉速度210 r/min。細(xì)紗工序捻系數(shù)257,羅拉隔距19 mm×30 mm,后區(qū)牽伸1.20倍,總牽伸36.27倍,前羅拉速度215 r/min。
5影響產(chǎn)品風(fēng)格的因素
5.1纖維徑向分布規(guī)格
不同性質(zhì)的纖維混紡,由于牽伸過程中受到阻力不同,較長的纖維分布在紗的內(nèi)層,較短的纖維分布在紗的外層;較細(xì)的纖維分布在紗的內(nèi)層,較粗的纖維分布在紗的外層口]。產(chǎn)品選用的纖維長度都是38 mm,而仿兔毛纖維細(xì)度是8.89 at—ex,根據(jù)纖維徑向分布規(guī)律,仿兔毛纖維分布在紗的外層,生產(chǎn)過程損耗較大。如果仿兔毛纖維混紡比例未達(dá)到工藝要求,可根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,適當(dāng)增加混紡比例,避免影響產(chǎn)品外觀效果。
5.2 混紡比
不同性質(zhì)的纖維混紡比例對紗線風(fēng)格影響十分明顯,錦綸纖維混紡比例增加,紗線滑爽、柔軟、手感好,但隨著錦綸纖維混紡比例增加,特別是冬季和高溫高濕季節(jié),紡紗難度大。經(jīng)過試驗(yàn),確定錦綸短纖和仿兔毛短纖之和在30%時(shí)既滿足產(chǎn)品風(fēng)格要求,又能降低紡紗難度。
5.3芯絲種類
“兔毛絨”紗芯絲選用通常有PTT長絲、錦綸長絲和PBT長絲。采用PTT長絲,產(chǎn)品彈性好,但染色難度大、芯絲成本高;采用錦綸長絲,產(chǎn)品彈性好,染色可采用兩步染色(紅夾黑、夾花灰等),染色成本低,芯絲成本較高;采用PBT長絲,芯絲成本最低,可采取三步染色(滌綸、錦綸、粘膠),產(chǎn)品色彩豐富,個(gè)性化強(qiáng)。
5.4紗線捻度
以PBT長絲為原料的包芯紗制成羊毛衫存在易“起球”的缺點(diǎn)。造成產(chǎn)品易起球的主要原因是紗線捻度,需要在生產(chǎn)過程中優(yōu)化,經(jīng)過大量試驗(yàn),PBT包芯紗的捻度以560捻/m、捻線捻度以400捻/m為好。
5.5芯絲位置
包芯紗芯絲位置對產(chǎn)品風(fēng)格影響較大,理想狀態(tài)為芯絲分布在紗的中心位置。如果芯絲“偏位”,會影響紗線染色性能,需要在生產(chǎn)過程中加以重視,細(xì)紗工序有條件可采用賽絡(luò)紡以避免產(chǎn)生“偏位紗”,消除包覆不良對產(chǎn)品風(fēng)格的影響。
6影響產(chǎn)品染色性能的因素
產(chǎn)品染色通常有兩種方法:一種是紗線先染色再制成羊毛衫,另一種是先制成羊毛衫,后采用“件染”的方式染色。不管采用哪一種染色方法,對紗線要求都非常高,需要各工序在生產(chǎn)過程中加以控制。
6.1混紡比例差異
紗線中有三類不同性能的纖維,分別是粘膠、錦綸、PBT,三種纖維分別采用不同染色方法,根據(jù)羊毛衫的顏色深淺要求,如果紗線中三種類別的纖維混紡比例差異過大就會對染色產(chǎn)生較大影響。因此保證混紡比要在原料混和環(huán)節(jié)注意按規(guī)定稱重、撕扯棉塊,喂棉要采用“橫鋪直取”的方法,各工序定量控制得當(dāng)?shù)取?span>
6.2捻度差異
捻度小吸色好、反之吸色差。紗線捻度差異大影響產(chǎn)品染色效果,嚴(yán)重時(shí)產(chǎn)生“陰陽色”,需要在細(xì)紗和捻線兩道工序加以重視、保證捻度差異在2%以內(nèi)。
6.3其他因素
影響染色性能因素還有紗線張力差異、油劑均勻度差異、回潮率差異、原料批次差異等,需要在生產(chǎn)的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)、細(xì)節(jié)加以重視,確保產(chǎn)品達(dá)到染色要求。
7 結(jié)語
