電磁離合器 制動(dòng)器的基本使用方法
1.連接與切離動(dòng)作:驅(qū)動(dòng)部位與起動(dòng)部位之間安裝離合器,則不須停止驅(qū)動(dòng)處,起動(dòng)處會(huì)依必要反應(yīng)做連接與切離的動(dòng)作
2.保持制動(dòng):為了維持慣性負(fù)荷、緊急狀況、作業(yè)途中時(shí)的機(jī)器中斷而使用制動(dòng)器
3.變速:作業(yè)途中時(shí)有相互轉(zhuǎn)換速度的情形、此時(shí)使用離合器、則不須關(guān)閉驅(qū)動(dòng)處即可變速
4.正反轉(zhuǎn):負(fù)荷點(diǎn)的正反轉(zhuǎn)切換時(shí)、配合離合器使用則驅(qū)動(dòng)外只要順向回轉(zhuǎn)即可
5.高頻運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn):在快速循環(huán)中的斷續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、反復(fù)利用馬達(dá)上的ON、OFF所提供的頻度有限、因此使用離合器、使之迅速反應(yīng)、高精度的制動(dòng)
6.位置推算:停留于測(cè)定位置或定量的傳送都須仰賴高精度定位裝置、使用離合器便能達(dá)到定位或定量功能
7.寸動(dòng):機(jī)械開始作動(dòng)與位置接合時(shí)、只須以離合器瞬時(shí)作動(dòng)即可
8.緩沖起動(dòng)、制動(dòng):減少對(duì)負(fù)荷的沖擊之起動(dòng)、停止,可調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)速使用,但如發(fā)熱過大、
