1、基層地面在澆注混凝土前必須鋪設(shè)防水層，工程施工不能因為超出報價就省去不做，這樣不可以！
2、一般混凝土強度等級須達到C30或以上。
3、基層須用抹平機抹光，平整度不超過±2mm/2m。
4、澆注混凝土并同時一次性找平，以避免空鼓，脫層，起砂等質(zhì)量問題。
5、混凝土必須養(yǎng)護28天以上，在深度為20mm的厚度層時，含水率不應(yīng)大于6%；
6、混凝土地面不允許有任何脂肪，油跡，油漆及水泥殘渣等物。
7、 基層坡度必須進行檢測并應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求，其允許偏差應(yīng)為坡度長的±0.2%，最大偏差不得大于30mm。
8、所有裂縫和坑洼必須以中科京工環(huán)氧樹脂砂漿材料修補，才能進行之后的施工安排！
9、 承重及結(jié)構(gòu)件等重要混凝土澆筑宜采用大型清水模板一次制成。當采用鋼模板時，選用的脫模劑不應(yīng)污染基層。
10、地面抗拉強度大于1.5。
