摘要:
為了提高和擴(kuò)展plc控制器的應(yīng)用水平與范圍,針對精確模型難以確定具有時滯性、非線性、不對稱性的工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng),將模糊控制思想和預(yù)測模型與傳統(tǒng)的pid控制相結(jié)合,形成了一種帶預(yù)測模型的模糊-pid控制方法。同時在matlab/simubbbb中進(jìn)行了仿真,并給出了將其在plc中實(shí)現(xiàn)的方法。測試結(jié)果證明了該方法的可行性,且該方法使得系統(tǒng)超調(diào)量大幅降低、調(diào)節(jié)時間縮短、系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)態(tài)特性良好,調(diào)節(jié)過程較為平穩(wěn),控制精度得到大幅提高

to improve and expand the application of the plc controller and to solve the problem that it is difficult for the accurate model to determine the industrial control system with time delay,nonlinearity,and asymmetry,the idea of fuzzy control and the forecast model are combined with the traditional pid control,bbbbing a forecast model of fuzzy-pid control bbbbbb,and simulation is done in matlab/simubbbb.test results show that the bbbbbb is feasible,and has greatly reduced the system overshoot and adjustment time,the system has good steady-state perbbbbance,the adjustment process is stable,and the control precision is greatly improved.
