且拉西環(huán)填料的內(nèi)表面潤(rùn)濕率較低,因而傳質(zhì)速率也不高。鮑爾環(huán)(Pallring)填料.在拉西環(huán)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來(lái)的鮑爾環(huán)是在的側(cè)壁上開一層或兩層長(zhǎng)方形小孔,小孔的母材并不脫離側(cè)壁而是形成向內(nèi)彎的葉片。比之拉西環(huán),鮑爾環(huán)不僅具有較大的生產(chǎn)能力和較低的壓降,且分離效率較高,溝流現(xiàn)象也大大降低。階梯環(huán)填料(Stairring);階梯環(huán)填料的結(jié)構(gòu)與鮑爾環(huán)填料相似,環(huán)壁上開有長(zhǎng)方形小孔,環(huán)內(nèi)有兩層交錯(cuò)45的十字形葉片,環(huán)的高度為直徑的一半,環(huán)的一端成喇叭口形狀的翻邊。

為了提高產(chǎn)量干燥機(jī)滾筒做的過(guò)長(zhǎng);直徑做的過(guò)大;不能充分利用;造成熱能流失;設(shè)備占地面積大。為了提高產(chǎn)量進(jìn)口溫度過(guò)高;出口溫度過(guò)高;造成能源浪費(fèi)。同時(shí)也造成了被烘干物料品質(zhì)下降;物料色澤嚴(yán)重變黑;甚至糊料很多。滾筒內(nèi)風(fēng)速過(guò)低,造成物料與熱風(fēng)的動(dòng)態(tài)和靜態(tài)接觸力度松弛,從而造成烘干設(shè)備效率低下。只有順流烘干,且干燥過(guò)程中飽和的水蒸氣又不能及時(shí)排出,這樣水蒸氣在滾筒內(nèi)運(yùn)行距離過(guò)長(zhǎng),造成水分被干物料重新吸收。
