超高分子量聚乙烯村板英文名 ultra-high molecular weightpolyethylene （簡稱 UHMWPE)，是分子量 100 萬以上的聚乙烯。分子式：-(-CH2-CH2--)n密度：0.936~ 0.964g/cm3。熱變形溫度(0.46MPa）85C，熔點(diǎn) 130~136C
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a kind of polyethylene with a molecular weight of more than 1 million. Molecular bula:-(-CH2-CH2-) n density: 0.936~ 0.964g/cm3. The thermal debation temperature (0.46 MPa) is 85 C, and the melting point is 130~136C C.
一、耐磨性 UHMWPE 的耐磨性居塑料冠，并超過某些金屬，UHMWPE的砂漿磨耗指數(shù)僅是 PA66 的 1/5,HDPE 和 PVC的1/10:與金屬相比，是碳鋼的 1/7，黃銅的 1/27。
Wear resistance UHMWPE's wear resistance ranks the highest in plastics and surpasses some bls. The mortar wear index of UHMWPE is only 1/5 of PA66, 1/10 of HDPE and PVC: compared with bls, it is 1/7 of carbon steel and 1/27 of brass.
二、耐沖擊性 UHMWPE 的沖擊強(qiáng)度約為耐沖擊 PC 的2倍，ABS 的5倍，POM 和 PBTP 的10余倍。
Impact strength of impact-resistant UHMWPE is about 2 times that of impact-resistant PC, 5 times that of ABS and more than 10 times that of POM and PBTP.
三、自潤滑性 UHMWPE 有極低的磨擦系數(shù)(0.05~0.11)，自潤滑性優(yōu)。在無潤滑劑的條件下僅次于自潤滑性好的聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)：當(dāng)它以滑動或轉(zhuǎn)動形式工作時(shí)，比鋼和黃銅添加潤泔油的潤滑性還要好。
Self-lubricating UHMWPE has extremely low friction coefficient (0.05~0.11) and excellent self-lubricating. Under the condition of no lubricant, it is second only to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which has the best self-lubricity: when it works in sliding or rotating b, it has better lubricity than steel and brass with lubricating oil.
四、耐化學(xué)藥品性 UHMWPE 具有優(yōu)良的耐化學(xué)藥品性，除強(qiáng)氟化性酸液外，在一定溫度和濃度范國內(nèi)能耐腐蝕介質(zhì)（酸、堿、鹽）及有機(jī)介質(zhì)（茶溶劑除外）。
Chemical resistance UHMWPE has excellent chemical resistance, and it can resist corrosion medium (acid, alkali, salt) and organic medium (except tea solvent) at a certain temperature and concentration, except for highly fluorinated acid.
五、沖擊能吸收性 UHMWPE 具有優(yōu)異的沖擊能吸收性，沖擊能吸收值在所有塑料中較高，因而噪聲阻尼性很好，具有優(yōu)良的消音效果。
Impact absorption UHMWPE has excellent impact energy absorption, and its impact energy absorption value is the highest among all plastics, so it has good noise damping property and excellent silencing effect.
六、不粘性 UHMWPE 表面吸咐力非常微弱，其抗粘附能力僅次于塑料中不粘性好的 PTEE，因而制品表面與其它材料不易粘附。
The adsorption force of non-adhesive UHMWPE surface is very weak, and its anti-adhesion ability is second only to PTEE, which is the best non-adhesive plastic, so the product surface is not easy to adhere to other materials.
七、憎水性 UHMWPE 吸水率很低，一般小于0.01%，僅為 PA6 的 1%產(chǎn)品的安裝方法
The water absorption rate of hydrophobic UHMWPE is very low, generally less than 0.01%, which is only 1% of PA6.
