td斗式提升機主要特點:1.驅(qū)動功率小,采用流入式喂料、誘導式卸料、大容量的料斗密集型布置.在物料提升時幾乎無回料和挖料現(xiàn)象,因此無效功率少。提升范圍廣,這類提升機對物料的種類、特性要求少,不但能提升一般粉狀、小顆粒狀物料,而且可提升磨琢性較大的物料.密封性好,環(huán)境污染少。運行可靠性好,先進的設(shè)計原理和加工方法,保證了整機運行的可靠性,無故障時間超過2萬小時。提升高度高.提升機運行平穩(wěn),因此可達到較高的提升高度。

從經(jīng)濟考慮,提高液壓油粘度比大規(guī)模更換稍許劣化的液壓元件顯然成本低很多。我們原采用的N68抗磨液壓油,其粘度遠低于該液壓系統(tǒng)許用的粘度上限。雖然液壓油的粘度升高,理論上阻力增加,導致壓力和功率損失,引起油溫上升。但目前該液壓系統(tǒng)主要矛盾是:低油溫時其粘度為高,油液溫升卻很慢,壓力能夠建立;反觀高油溫時其粘度下降,油液溫度上升很快,壓力也不能建立。正因如此,考慮該公司地處南方,冬季溫度較高,不會導致油泵吸油困難,提高液壓油粘度是可行的。
