超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)是一種線型結(jié)構(gòu)的具有優(yōu)異綜合性能的熱塑性工程塑料。 其發(fā)展十分迅速,80年代以前,世界平均年增長率為8.5%,進(jìn)入80年代以后,增長本高達(dá)15%~20%。而我國的平均年增長率在30%人上。1978年世界消耗量為12,000~12,500,而到1990年世界需求量約5萬噸,其中美國占70%。2007-2009年中國逐步 成為世界工程塑料工廠,超分子量聚乙烯產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展更是十分迅速,以下為發(fā)展。
上世紀(jì)30年代最早有人提出關(guān)于超高分子量聚乙烯纖維的基礎(chǔ)理論;凝膠紡絲法和增塑紡絲法的出現(xiàn)使超高分子量聚乙烯在技術(shù)上取得重大突破上世紀(jì)70年代,英國利然大學(xué)的Capacero和vard首先研制成功分子量為10萬的高分子量聚乙烯纖維,1964年中國研制成功并投入工業(yè)生產(chǎn)1975年荷蘭利用十氫茶做溶劑發(fā)明了;深膠紡之法,成功制備出了 UHMWPE纖維,并于1979年申請了專利。此后經(jīng)過十年的努力研究,江實超膠行絲志是南造高強聚乙烯纖維的有效方法,具有工業(yè)化前途1983年日本采用凝膠擠壓超倍拉伸法,以石蠟作溶劑,生產(chǎn)超高分子量聚乙烯纖維;
在中國超高分子量聚乙烯管材在2001年被(2000)056號文件列為國家科技成果重點推廣計劃,尾化工類新材科、新產(chǎn)品。國家計委將超高分子量聚乙烯管材列為當(dāng)前優(yōu)先發(fā)展的高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)重點領(lǐng)域項目。

The basic theory of UHMWPE fiber was first put forward in 1930s. The appearance of gel spinning and plasticizing spinning has made a great breakthrough in the technology of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. In 1970s, Capacero and vard of the University of Leeran in the UK first successfully developed high molecular weight polyethylene fiber with a molecular weight of 100,000. In 1964, China successfully developed it and put it into industrial production. In 1975, Holland invented it by using decahydrous tea as solvent. UHMWPE fiber was successfully prepared by deep spinning, and applied for a patent in 1979. After ten years of hard research, Jiangshi super-glue spinning is an effective b to produce high-strength polyethylene fiber in South China, which has the prospect of industrialization. In 1983, Japan adopted gel extrusion super-stretching b and paraffin as solvent to produce ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber. In China, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe was listed as the national key promotion plan of scientific and technological achievements in 2001 by the Ministry of Science and Technology (Guoke Jizi (2000) No.056 document), and it was the end of new chemical materials and new products. The Ministry of Science and Technology of the State Planning Commission has listed UHMWPE pipe as a priority project of high-tech industry.
