1.2 高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥閥體結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與創(chuàng)新
高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥常用的閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)為球閥式和錐閥式。浙江大學(xué)周盛研究了不同閥芯閥體結(jié)構(gòu)液動(dòng)力的影響及補(bǔ)償方法。通過(guò)對(duì)閥口射流流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,對(duì)流場(chǎng)內(nèi)氣穴現(xiàn)象及壓力分布進(jìn)行觀測(cè)和測(cè)量。美國(guó)BKM公司與貴州紅林機(jī)械有限公司合作研發(fā)生產(chǎn)了一種螺紋插裝式的高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥(HSV),使用球閥結(jié)構(gòu),通過(guò)液壓力實(shí)現(xiàn)銜鐵的復(fù)位,避免彈簧復(fù)位時(shí)由于疲勞帶來(lái)復(fù)位失效的影響。推桿與分離銷可以調(diào)節(jié)球閥開(kāi)度,且具有自動(dòng)對(duì)中功能。該閥采用脈寬調(diào)制信號(hào)(占空比為20%~80%)控制,壓力最高可達(dá)20MPa,流量為2~9L/min,啟閉時(shí)間≤3.5ms。該高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥代表了國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)化高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥的先進(jìn)水平,如圖4所示。
美國(guó)Caterpillar公司研發(fā)了一款錐閥式高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥,如圖5所示。該閥的閥芯設(shè)計(jì)為中空結(jié)構(gòu),降低了運(yùn)動(dòng)質(zhì)量,提高了響應(yīng)速度與加速度。其將復(fù)位彈簧從銜鐵位置移動(dòng)至閥芯中間部位,使得閥芯在尾部受到電磁力,中間部位受到彈簧回復(fù)力,在運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中更加穩(wěn)定。但是此設(shè)計(jì)使得閥芯前后座有較高的同軸度要求,初始?xì)庀杜c閥芯行程調(diào)節(jié)較難,加工難度高,制造成本大。該閥開(kāi)啟、關(guān)閉時(shí)間為1ms左右,目前已經(jīng)在電控燃油噴射系統(tǒng)中得到運(yùn)用。美國(guó)Sturman Industries公司開(kāi)發(fā)了基于數(shù)字閥的電噴系統(tǒng),其系統(tǒng)所用高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥最小響應(yīng)時(shí)間可達(dá)0.15ms。
